Refund Policy

Pelican Bay Lighthouse Co. is committed to customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email or our customer service phone or fax us at (573) 221-1641, for a return authorization number. Returns should be shipped with prepaid shipping, with the return authorization clearly marked on the outside of the package. Your account will then be credited for the original invoice amount.
